Online Attendee Registration will begin Monday, February 22, 2010 at 10:00 am, Central Standard Time (CST) and will be available throughout the event.
Check payments for attendee registrations are due within 10 business days of the date of registration. |

Single Booth Spaces on Sale:
Available online through Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 5:00pm CST.
Check payments for all other exhibit booth sales are due within 7 business days of the date of registration.

Payment & Cancellation Information |
Bank and credit card statements will reflect a charge to “CDS Event Management 2104670041”
No payments will be processed by the TCEQ. All checks sent to the TCEQ cashier will be returned to sender.

Attendee Check Payments:
Check payments for attendee registrations are due within 10 business days of the date of registration.
Exhibitor Check Payments:
Check payments for 20X20 or larger spaces must be received in our offices by 5:00 pm Friday, January 29, 2010. No exceptions.
Check payments for all other exhibit booth sales are due within 7 business days of the date of registration.
Attendee Cancellations: There is a cancellation fee of $25 per registrant. All cancellations must be recieved in writing by April 19, 2010.
Banquet Cancellations:
Banquet Ticket cancellations after April 1, 2010 will be subject to incur a cancellation fee of $25 each.
Exhibitor Cancellations: There is a $125 cancellation fee for each 10X10 booth space. Cancellations must be recieved in writing by March 24, 2010. |
